Refund policy

Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Policy – Tvishi Skincare

We at Tvishi Skincare value your trust and satisfaction. Our products are crafted with utmost care, and we aim to provide you with the best experience. Please go through our policies below:

1. Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  3. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at [tvishihandmade@gmail.com].
  4. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for processing returns.
  5. Products opened/used for hygiene reasons (like soaps, serums, creams) are not eligible for return.
  6. The customer must ship the product back securely; shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
  7. Replacement will be initiated after inspection of the returned product.
  8. In case replacement is not available, a refund will be offered as per refund policy.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are applicable only for approved returns or order cancellations (see below).
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval/rejection of your refund.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  4. Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment (bank/UPI/card).
  5. In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer after customer shares account details.
  6. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  7. Partial refunds may be granted if only part of the order is returned.
  8. Tvishi Skincare reserves the right to refuse refund requests if products are used/damaged due to customer mishandling.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they are not already dispatched.
  2. To request cancellation, please email us at [tvishihandmade@gmail.com] or WhatsApp our support team with your order number.
  3. Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  4. Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
  5. COD orders cancelled repeatedly may lead to account restrictions or denial of future COD option.
  6. Tvishi Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical issues.
  7. In case of seller-initiated cancellation, customers will be informed and full refund will be issued.
  8. No cancellation requests will be entertained during sale/clearance events.
