Return Policy

1. Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
3. Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at [tvishihandmade@gmail.com].
4. Proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required for processing returns.
5. Products opened/used for hygiene reasons (like soaps, serums, creams) are not eligible for return.
6. The customer must ship the product back securely; shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the error is ours.
7. Replacement will be initiated after inspection of the returned product.
8. In case replacement is not available, a refund will be offered as per refund policy.
