Order Cancellation Policy

1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they are not already dispatched.
2. To request cancellation, please email us at [tvishihandmade@gmail.com] or WhatsApp our support team with your order number.
3. Once an order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
4. Prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed time will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
5. COD orders cancelled repeatedly may lead to account restrictions or denial of future COD option.
6. Tvishi Skincare reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or technical issues.
7. In case of seller-initiated cancellation, customers will be informed and full refund will be issued.
8. No cancellation requests will be entertained during sale/clearance events.
